Chris has given me fantastic advice and saved me spending on unnecessary repairs. Having really no idea what I was up... against Chris took the time to explain asbestos survey results and how this impacted the sale of my property. After initially being told by proposed purchasers that extensive work was required before the sale would progress Chris explained that just because a test result was positive it actually wasn’t the scary situation I’d been led to believe it would be and that I was possibly being hoodwinked into having more work done than was necessary. I absolutely recommend Chris and Environmental Inspection Ltd.read more
