We survey buildings to identify all asbestos present, check on its condition, and set out plans for its management or removal.
Lead Paint Sampling
Any building built before 1963 has the potential to have paint containing lead. In addition, lead paint was allowed in historic buildings beyond this date.
We provide Legionella Risk Assessments for hot and cold-water systems. We are experienced at delivering this for commercial and domestic premises.
Prince2 qualified project manager, also qualified and experienced in asbestos surveying, analysis and coordination of remedial and removal works.
Managing your risk

Some of these policies form part of the Cabinet Office Selection Questionnaire (SQ).
We have passed a comprehensive on-site and on-premises health and safety audit and been assessed as satisfying Safety Schemes In Procurement (SSIP).
All works are undertaken in line with current Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR 2012), Health and Safety Executive Guidance HSG264, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations, the Control of Lead at Work regulations 2002 (CLAW), and inhouse company procedures.
All suspect asbestos samples are sent to an independent UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis.
All legionella risk assessments are undertaken in line with L8 Approved Code of Practice and Health and Safety Executive Guidance HSG274 Part 2.
All lead sampling is carried out in line with Health and Safety Executive Guidance INDG305 Working Safely with Lead, and L132 Control of Lead at Work.
