All works are undertaken in line with current Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR 2012), Health and Safety Executive Guidance HSG264, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations, the Control of Lead at Work regulations 2002 (CLAW), and inhouse company procedures.
All suspect asbestos samples are sent to an independent UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis.
All legionella risk assessments are undertaken in line with L8 Approved Code of Practice and Health and Safety Executive Guidance HSG274 Part 2.
All lead sampling is carried out in line with Health and Safety Executive Guidance INDG305 Working Safely with Lead, and L132 Control of Lead at Work.
